Local Upload

The fastest way to process a few files is through the local uploader. Supabind supports bulk uploads of multiple PDF documents simultaneously.

Supported: PDF only (Max 10MB per file) - Multiple files allowed

Steps to Upload

  1. Select the Local Upload tab.
  2. Drag files from your computer into the dashed box or click the box to open your file picker.
  3. Verify that each file shows a "Ready" status before clicking Start Processing.

Import from FTP / SFTP

For enterprise teams, connect your FTP/SFTP server to browse and import PDFs directly into the extraction engine without downloading them locally first.

FTP Browser Tip: You can navigate through subdirectories using the folder list. Click the Refresh icon to fetch the latest file list from your server.

Requirements & Limits

Document Type

Currently, only PDF files are supported for AI extraction. Scanned images (JPG/PNG) support is coming soon.

Size & Pages

Maximum file size is 10MB. For optimal AI performance, documents should not exceed 50 pages.
