Reviewing Results

Learn how to navigate the split-view editor to validate, edit, and export your extracted data.

Overview

Once the AI finishes processing your document, it opens the Extraction Results editor. This interface allows you to compare the original PDF source side-by-side with the structured data output to ensure 100% accuracy before the data enters your Supabind workspace.

The Split-View Interface

The editor is divided into two primary sections: the Document Preview on the left and the Extraction Results on the right.

Left: Document Preview

A high-resolution rendering of your PDF. Green markers indicate specific areas where the AI identified and extracted tables.

Right: AI Data Grid

The structured output. View table headers, rows, and columns exactly as they will appear in your final dataset.

Navigating Document Preview

Use the toolbar and sidebar to jump between pages and inspect the AI's detection logic.

  • 1

Page Thumbnails: Click the numbered circles (1, 2, 3...) on the far left to jump to specific pages.

  • 2

Zoom Controls: Use the zoom toolbar to inspect fine print or low-resolution scans.

  • 3

Detection Markers: Look for the green dot indicators in the PDF—these align with the "Pages Analyzed" tags in the result panel.

Reviewing the Data Grid

The grid displays your extracted content. You can scroll horizontally to view all columns or vertically to see all rows.

Pages Analyzed: Check the purple badges at the top of the grid. They show exactly which PDF pages contributed to the current table (e.g., "Page 3: 1 table").

Confidence Scores

Each extraction displays a Confidence Percentage. This represents the AI's internal certainty about the table structure and text accuracy.

High Confidence

90% +

Ready for production.

Medium Confidence

70% - 89%

Review for cell typos.

Low Confidence

< 70%

Reprocess with "High Accuracy".

Saving and Exporting

Once you have validated the data, use the action buttons in the top right of the grid panel to finalize your work.

Save to Workspace

Imports the extracted table directly into your "My Files" list so you can start transformations immediately.

Download Excel / CSV

Downloads the current table as a structured file to your local computer.

Pro Tip: If your document contains multiple separate tables, use the table selector dropdown at the top of the results panel to switch between them.
