Overview

Every Supabind plan includes storage, file processing, and operational limits designed to support different workloads. Your available capacity depends on the subscription plan assigned to your workspace.

Storage limits define how much data can be stored, while operational limits determine the number of files, synchronizations, exports, transformations, AI operations, and saved templates available within your plan.

If your workload grows, you can upgrade your subscription to unlock additional storage, increased processing capacity, advanced AI features, and higher operational limits.

Storage Capacity defines the total amount of data that can be stored in your Supabind workspace. This includes uploaded datasets, transformed outputs, templates, workflow files, AI processing artifacts, and other project resources.

File Capacity determines the maximum number of datasets that can be stored and managed within your workspace. Each uploaded dataset counts toward your available file capacity.

Sync Operations determine how many synchronization jobs your workspace can perform during your subscription period. Synchronization includes importing files from connected sources such as Google Drive, FTP/SFTP, cloud storage, databases, and other supported integrations.

Export Operations define the number of processed datasets that can be exported from Supabind. Exported datasets may be downloaded locally or delivered to supported destinations through configured workflows.

Document Intelligence enables AI-powered extraction of structured information from supported documents such as PDFs, invoices, purchase orders, forms, receipts, and scanned documents.

Data Transformation capacity determines how many transformation jobs can be executed within your subscription. Each transformation can include mapping, filtering, merging, calculations, AI enrichment, and exporting.

Saved Templates allow you to reuse transformation mappings, workflows, and configuration settings without recreating them for every dataset.

Add-ons extend the capabilities of your Supabind workspace by providing additional storage, processing capacity, premium integrations, and advanced enterprise features. Availability depends on your subscription plan.

AI Configuration determines how artificial intelligence services are managed within your workspace. Depending on your subscription, AI services may be fully managed by Supabind or configured using your own providers, infrastructure, or enterprise environment.

Support options vary depending on your subscription plan. Higher-tier plans include faster response times, priority assistance, and dedicated support resources.
