Storage & Capacity

Learn about storage limits, file capacity, synchronization limits, templates, AI configuration, and plan-specific capacities available in Supabind.

Overview

Every Supabind plan includes storage, file processing, and operational limits designed to support different workloads. Your available capacity depends on the subscription plan assigned to your workspace.

Storage limits define how much data can be stored, while operational limits determine the number of files, synchronizations, exports, transformations, AI operations, and saved templates available within your plan.

If your workload grows, you can upgrade your subscription to unlock additional storage, increased processing capacity, advanced AI features, and higher operational limits.

Plan-Based Capacity

Storage limits and operational capacities vary between Supabind Online, BYOD, BYOC, and On-Premise deployments. Enterprise plans provide significantly higher capacities and infrastructure managed within your own environment.

Storage Capacity

Storage Capacity defines the total amount of data that can be stored in your Supabind workspace. This includes uploaded datasets, transformed outputs, templates, workflow files, AI processing artifacts, and other project resources.

Storage Capacity by Plan

Supabind + BYOCUses Your Own Infrastructure
Supabind On-PremiseSelf-Hosted Storage

Storage Usage

  • • Uploaded files consume workspace storage.
  • • Transformed datasets are stored separately.
  • • Saved templates also use available storage.
  • • Deleting unused files helps free storage space.
  • • BYOD, BYOC, and On-Premise deployments use your own storage resources.

File Capacity

File Capacity determines the maximum number of datasets that can be stored and managed within your workspace. Each uploaded dataset counts toward your available file capacity.

Understanding File Capacity

  • • Every uploaded dataset counts toward your file capacity.
  • • Deleting unused files frees available capacity.
  • • File capacity is independent of file size.
  • • Large datasets may consume more storage while still counting as a single file.
  • • Enterprise deployments depend on your own infrastructure and storage configuration.

Sync Operations

Sync Operations determine how many synchronization jobs your workspace can perform during your subscription period. Synchronization includes importing files from connected sources such as Google Drive, FTP/SFTP, cloud storage, databases, and other supported integrations.

Sync Operations Include

  • • Google Drive synchronization.
  • • FTP / SFTP synchronization.
  • • Database synchronization.
  • • Scheduled imports.
  • • Automated synchronization jobs.
  • • Manual synchronization requests.

Export Operations

Export Operations define the number of processed datasets that can be exported from Supabind. Exported datasets may be downloaded locally or delivered to supported destinations through configured workflows.
