Supabind supports .xlsx, .xls, .csv, and .tsv files out of the box. Multi-sheet workbooks are fully supported, and each sheet can be imported and transformed independently.

Individual files up to 500MB are supported on standard plans. Enterprise customers can process larger files-reach out to your account team if you're regularly working with files above this size.

Yes. Automated Import lets you connect a Google Drive folder, FTP, or SFTP source, and Supabind will pull in new or updated files on a schedule you configure, without manual uploads.

Yes. Once a file is uploaded you can apply saved transform templates, edit values directly, restructure multi-line records into a single row per entity, and re-export or sync the result-all from Manage Files.

Deleted files move to a recovery bin for 30 days before being permanently removed, so accidental deletions can be reversed within that window. After 30 days, the file and its version history are permanently deleted.

Yes. Every time a file is re-uploaded or transformed, Supabind keeps a version snapshot so you can compare changes or roll back to a previous version from the file's detail view.

Files are shared at the workspace level, so any team member with access can view or edit them. Concurrent edits to the same file are queued and applied in order to avoid conflicting changes.

Yes. All files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise and BYOC customers can additionally choose where their data is hosted to meet regional compliance requirements.
