Template Manager

Manage and execute your saved analysis templates. Run a template against new files, review what each one does, or clean up templates you no longer need.

Overview

Every time you save a transformation, sync, or query as a template, it shows up in Template Manager. Each entry lists the file it was built on, how many queries it contains, how many times it's been run, and when it was last used. From here you can run a template against a new file, inspect or edit its steps, duplicate it as a starting point, or remove templates you no longer need.

Upload a Template

Bring in a template file that was exported from another workspace or shared by a teammate.

Steps

  1. Find the template you want in the Templates list.
  2. Click Run on that row.
  3. Select the file to run the template against, if prompted.
  4. Review the result once it completes-the run count and last run date update automatically.

Templates auto-saved from Odoo Sync-like the ones named Odoo Sync - filename_date-work the same way as manually saved templates and can be run again at any time.

Steps

  1. Click the duplicate icon to create a copy of a template with its own run history reset to zero.
  2. Click the download icon to save the template file to your computer.
  3. Rename the duplicate from the list if you want to tell it apart from the original.

Steps

  1. Click the delete icon on the template you want to remove.
  2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
  3. The template is removed from the list immediately. This doesn't affect files or tables it was previously run against.
