Quickly locate and process specific records. Search, filter, sort, and clean up your table without leaving the transformation workspace.
Once a table is open in the transformation workspace, you can narrow it down to exactly the records you need. Use the search bar for a quick lookup, or open Filters in the toolbar to build conditions, sort columns, remove duplicate rows, or exclude records with missing values. Every change updates the Data Preview and the row count immediately.
Use Search data to quickly locate rows containing a specific value, without setting up a filter condition.
Filters let you narrow a table down to rows that meet one or more conditions-for example, a column that equals a value, is above a number, or contains specific text.
Filters apply to the active table only and can be combined with search and sorting. Remove a condition at any time to widen the results again.
Sort a table by one or more columns to bring the records you care about to the top, ascending or descending.
Remove rows that repeat the same values, based on one column or a combination of columns, to keep only unique records in your table.
Removing duplicates changes the working table directly. Double-check the columns you choose before applying, since the removed rows aren't restored automatically.
Find rows with missing data, or exclude them, to clean up a table before exporting or syncing it downstream.
