Transformed Files: Export & Save

Browse every file you've exported, download or preview results, and send them straight to Google Drive or FTP without leaving the page.

Overview

Every file produced by a transformation, template run, or sync lands in Transformed Files. Each row shows the file name, the template used to create it (if any), its size, and when it was created. From here you can preview or download individual files, select multiple files to export in bulk to Google Drive or FTP, or remove files you no longer need.

Browse Transformed Files

The file count in the top-right always reflects your total exported files, and updates as new ones are created.

  2. Click Export to G-Drive in the top-right.
  3. Choose the destination folder in your connected Google Drive account.

Steps

  1. Select the files you want to send, or leave none selected to export the current view.
  2. Click Export to FTP in the top-right.
  3. Pick a saved FTP connection, or add new server details if it's your first time.
  4. Confirm the export to send the files to the target directory.

Search Your Files

With dozens of exported files, use search to jump straight to the one you need.

Steps

  1. Click the Search files field above the table.
  2. Type part of the file name or template name.
  3. The list filters instantly to matching results as you type.

Files exported without a saved template show a dash in the Template column-search by file name in that case, since there's no template name to match against.

Delete a File

Remove exported files you no longer need to keep your list manageable.

Steps

  1. Click the delete icon on the file you want to remove.
  2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
  3. Or select multiple files with the checkboxes and delete them together, if bulk delete is available in your view.
