Supabind

Google Drive Integration

Connect your Google Drive to automatically sync source files to your workspace and export transformed data back to the cloud.

Overview

The Google Drive integration allows for a seamless, automated data pipeline. Once connected, Supabind can monitor specific folders for new CSV or Excel files, import them instantly, and even push your finished, transformed datasets back to a designated folder in your Drive.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

To connect Google Drive, you must create OAuth 2.0 credentials in the Google Cloud Console. This ensures your data remains private and secure.

Google Cloud Console Configuration

1

Create or Select a Google Cloud Project

Visit the Google Cloud Console and create a new project dedicated to your Supabind integration.

2

Enable Google Drive API

Navigate to "Enabled APIs & Services" and enable the Google Drive API for your project.

3

Configure OAuth Consent Screen

Set the user type to "Internal" or "External" and add the required scopes for drive access.

4

Create OAuth 2.0 Credentials

Create a "Web Application" credential. Add the exact callback URL provided in the Supabind configuration modal.

Enter your Client Credentials

Once setup is complete, enter your Client ID and Client Secret into the Supabind configuration fields and click "Connect with Google" to authorize access.

Automatic Folder Monitoring

Once connected, you can enable "Auto-sync" on specific folders. Supabind will monitor these locations for new data files.

Exporting to Google Drive

Push your results back to the cloud. In the Transformed Files section, you can use the "Export to G-Drive" feature to save any processed dataset directly to your connected account.

Search & Select

Browse your Drive folders directly from Supabind to pick an export destination.

Automated Workflows

Include Google Drive export as a final node in your automation workflows.

OAuth & Permissions

  • Supabind only requests Drive.File and Drive.Readonly scopes to interact with files you explicitly grant access to.

  • Your Client Secret is never shared publicly and is stored using industry-standard encryption.

  • You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings.
