Seamlessly push your transformed data to Akeneo PIM, with AI-powered field mapping and payload validation before every run.
Akeneo PIM Sync is a guided, five-step wizard-Select Source, Configure Target, Map Fields, Validate & Preview, and Sync Options-sitting alongside three management tabs: Templates, Scheduled, and Monitoring.
Before creating a sync, add Akeneo as a connector under Data Adapters → Akeneo PIM → Configure. This opens the Configure Akeneo PIM Connector dialog.

Your Akeneo credentials are encrypted and stored securely-only active connections appear in the Akeneo Connector list.
Map Fields connects your source data fields to the fields Akeneo expects for the selected entity.
Only base fields load automatically. If Refresh Fields fails to pull your custom attributes, your Akeneo connection may need re-authentication-check the Templates tab for a connection alert.
Before any data reaches Akeneo, Validate & Preview shows exactly what will be sent, and flags anything that would stop the sync.
Once a sync is configured, it's saved under the Templates tab for reuse.
If a connector's authorization has expired, you'll see an Akeneo Connection Expired banner naming the affected connector. Click Reconnect to re-authenticate-templates using that connector won't run until it's fixed.
The Scheduled tab automates a saved template. Server-side automation checks for due schedules every minute.
The Monitoring dashboard shows every sync run-scheduled or manual-with live totals and progress.
If a sync's fields aren't loading, or a scheduled run keeps failing, our support team is here to help.
